Prof. Dr. Abdel-Badeeh Mohamed Salem, Ain Shams University, Egypt
Prof. Dr. Abdel-Badeh M. Salem is a professor emeritus of Computer Science since September 2007 till now. He was a former Vice Dean of the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences at Ain Shams University, Cairo-Egypt (1996-2007).  He was a full professor Dr.of Computer Science at Faculty of Science, Ain Shams University from 1989 to 1996.  He was a Director of Scientific Computing Center at Ain Shams University (1984-1990).In 1996 he was moved to the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences at the same university. His research includes Knowledge engineering and computing, expert systems, intelligent medical and health informatics, and intelligent e-learning technologies.  He has published around 850 papers in refereed journals and conference proceedings in these areas, 150 of them are in Scopus .  He has been involved in more than 800 conferences and workshops as a Keynote speaker, member of Int. Program Committees, organizer and Session Chair.  He is author and co-author of 25 Books in English and Arabic Languages.

Prof. Pascal Lorenz, University of Haute-Alsace, France, France

Pascal Lorenz received his M.Sc. (1990) and Ph.D. (1994) from the University of Nancy, France. Between 1990 and 1995 he was a research engineer at WorldFIP Europe and at Alcatel-Alsthom. He is a professor at the University of Haute-Alsace, France, since 1995. His research interests include QoS, wireless networks and high-speed networks. He is the author/co-author of 3 books, 3 patents and 200 international publications in refereed journals and conferences. He was Technical Editor of the IEEE Communications Magazine Editorial Board (2000-2006), IEEE Networks Magazine since 2015, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology since 2017, Chair of IEEE ComSoc France (2014-2020), Financial chair of IEEE France (2017-2022), Chair of Vertical Issues in Communication Systems Technical Committee Cluster (2008-2009), Chair of the Communications Systems Integration and Modeling Technical Committee (2003-2009), Chair of the Communications Software Technical Committee (2008-2010) and Chair of the Technical Committee on Information Infrastructure and Networking (2016-2017), Chair of IEEE/ComSoc Satellite and Space Communications Technical (2022-2023), IEEE R8 Finance Committee (2022-2023), IEEE R8 Conference Coordination Committee (2023). He has served as Co-Program Chair of IEEE WCNC'2012 and ICC'2004, Executive Vice-Chair of ICC'2017, TPC Vice Chair of Globecom'2018, Panel sessions co-chair for Globecom'16, tutorial chair of VTC'2013 Spring and WCNC'2010, track chair of PIMRC'2012 and WCNC'2014, symposium Co-Chair at Globecom 2007-2011, Globecom'2019, ICC 2008-2010, ICC'2014 and '2016. He has served as Co-Guest Editor for special issues of IEEE Communications Magazine, Networks Magazine, Wireless Communications Magazine, Telecommunications Systems and LNCS. He is associate Editor for International Journal of Communication Systems (IJCS-Wiley), Journal on Security and Communication Networks (SCN-Wiley) and International Journal of Business Data Communications and Networking, Journal of Network and Computer Applications (JNCA-Elsevier). He is senior member of the IEEE, IARIA fellow and member of many international program committees. He has organized many conferences, chaired several technical sessions and gave tutorials at major international conferences. He was IEEE ComSoc Distinguished Lecturer Tour during 2013-2014.

Prof. Xiaogang Liu, Wuhan University of Technology, China(Fellow of Higher Education Academy, FHEA)

Prof. Xiaogang Liu acquired his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Queensland, Australia, and he is now a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Mechanical engineering and Instrument Science and Technology at the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Wuhan University of Technology. He has chaired two scientific research projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and his academic outputs include academic papers, invention patents and software copyrights in the fields of Intelligent Manufacturing, Contact Mechanics, Mechanical Vibration and Electromechanical Control. As the leader of a provincial teaching and research project about mechanical manufacturing, he summarised these academic outputs into monographs to integrate research and education, and was recognised as Fellow of Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Currently, he is a senior member of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, an expert of the high-tech industry in Wuhan, and was awarded the "T A Stewart-Dyer Prize/Frederick Harvey Trevithick Prize" by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers in London.

Assoc. Prof. Sihan Huang, Beijing Institute of Technology, China(Member of the IEEE)

Sihan Huang received B.Eng. degree  in Industrial Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology, China,  in 2014 and Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Beijing  Institute of Technology, China, in 2020. He visited the University of  Michigan-Ann Arbor, USA from 2017 to 2019. He is currently an associate  professor (Doctoral supervisor) in the school of Mechanical Engineering  at Beijing Institute of Technology, China. His research interests  include smart manufacturing, human-robot collaboration and digital twin.  He has published more than 30 journal papers and conference papers (1  ESI highly cited paper), got 14 granted patents, and received 1  Provincial science and technology progress first prize. He also served  as Associate Editor and special corresponding expert of  Frontiers of Engineering Management, Editorial Board Member of Frontiers  in Smart Manufacturing, Young Editorial Board Member of Journal of  Advanced Manufacturing Science and Technology, Young Editorial Board  Member of Industrial Engineering Journal, and Young Editorial Board  Member of Journal of Mechanical Engineering. He is Co-Initiator of  Conference on Human-Centric Smart Manufacturing and Guest Editor of MDPI  Journals. He is Committee Member of the Intelligent System Branch of  the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, Committee Member of the  professional committee on digital twin of the Chinese Graphic Society,  Professional Committee Expert of School-Enterprise Integration of China  Technology Entrepreneurship Association, Senior member of the Chinese  Mechanical Engineering Society, Life member of the Chinese Artificial  Intelligence Society, senior member of the Chinese Graphic Society, and  member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

Prof. Samir Ladaci, Ecole Nationale Polytechnique, Algiers, Algeria.(Member of the IEEE, Member IAENG)

Samir Ladaci received the State Engineer degree in Automatics from the Polytechnic School of Algiers in 1995 and the Magister degree in Industrial Automation from Annaba University, Algeria in 1999. He received his Ph.D. and HDR degree (Habilitation à diriger les Recherches) from the department of Electronics, Mentouri University of Constantine, Algeria in 2007 in collaboration with the Ecole Centrale de Nantes France, and 2009 respectively. From 2001 to 2013, he was an assistant professor and then associate professor (Maitre de conférence 'A') in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Skikda University, Algeria. And from December 2013 to October 2021 ha was with the National Polytechnic School of Constantine, Algeria as a Full Professor in Automatics and Control Engineering since January 2015. Beginning from 1rst November 2021 he joins the Ecole Nationale Polytechnique at Algiers, Algeria where he is the Head of the research group '.Automation, Optimized Systems and Fractional Order Control' at the Laboratory of Advanced Multidisciplinary Industrial & Systems Engineering. He authored more than 200 papers in indexed journals and international conference proceedings and coauthored a Book and many book chapters; he also supervised more than 11 (ended) PhD theses. His current research interests include Fractional order Systems and Control, Fractional Adaptive Control, Robust Control, Fractional order chaotic systems, Identification...

Assoc. Prof. T. Velmurugan, University of Madras, India

Dr. T. Velmurugan is working as an Associate Professor in the PG and Research Department of Computer Science and Applications, Dwaraka Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College, Chennai-600106, India. He elected as a Member- Syndicate, University of Madras. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras. He has 30 years of teaching experience. He guided more than 300 M.Phil., Research Scholars. Also, he guided 24 Ph.D. scholars and currently guiding 6 Ph.D. scholars. He has published more than 200 articles in SCOPUS and SCI indexed journals. He elected and served as a Senate Member from Academic Council, University of Madras. He has a lot of administrative experiences. He served as advisory board member to many academic institutions in and around Tamil Nadu, India. He was an invited speaker and keynote speaker for many international conferences around the world. He served as a nominated Senate Member in the Middle East University, Dubai, UAE for a period of three years. He is a member in Board of studies for many autonomous institutions and Universities. Also, he organized international Conferences and workshops. In addition, he was a resource person for various national workshops entitled "Scientific Research Article Writing and Journal Publications" and many of the recent topics in Computer Science. He is an Editorial Board Member of 10 International Journals. He also a reviewer in many peer reviewed journals like Elsevier, Springer, IEEE and IOSPress Journals etc. He is the Chair person for the Government of Tamil Nadu State for XII standard book titled as “Electronics and Hardwares”. Further, he is a visiting faculty for M.Phil., Course for various universities throughout India. His H index is 22 and i10 index is 31. His area of specialization includes  Data Mining,  Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Network Security, Big Data Analytics, Data Science and etc.

Prof. Dr. Noor Zaman Jhanjhi (N.Z Jhanjhi) stands as a distinguished senior Professor, Academician, Researcher, and Scientist in the field of Computer Science, specializing in Cybersecurity. Currently holding the position of Professor at the School of Computer Science at Taylor’s University, Malaysia, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the academic and research landscape.
